"Nick was great to work with. During the removal of carpet, we discovered unseen issues with the floor. He presented me with several options to remedy the situation. He gave me his honest opinion and what he would do if it were his house. He demonstrated flexibility and understanding. The install was beautiful and done right with his guidance. We went with his recomendations and were glad we did.. The workmanship was second to none."

"Had easy going personality and was very knowledgeable about all types of flooring and how to clean/maintain them. My mother needs carpeting and upholstery done and he lives in her area. Am hoping to get him to take care of her carpet and furniture."

"The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"We had our kitchen vinyl replaced in March 2020 shortly before the governor issued a Stay at Home Order due to Covid. Our kitchen is the hub of our home, and I was so grateful to experience the esthetic difference new flooring made then and now as we spend more time at home. The installers did an amazing job, it was very reasonably priced, and I wish we had done it sooner."

"The job was done exceptionally well and quickly too. The installers were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They even caught that our floor wasn’t level which would cause the planks to “pop out” over time. They provided a quick and proven solution and then were back the next day to lay the flooring. They were agile and very efficient with the completion of the job. The sales team and scheduling/planning team were very easy to work with and made sure we, the customer, were satisfied during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have LVP flooring installed in your house."

"Love the outcome of our floors."

"I hired them to convert my new home from carpeting to hardwood floors; about 2000 Sq ft. The price was lowest of all bids, but he did not sacrifice on quality. He also converted two staircases to matching hardwood. His team was always on time, professional and friendly, and they finished ahead of schedule while working around my other contractors. My only complaint has been that some of the gaps between the floor and my wall are wider than my base boards, and had to be filled in. In their defense, I switched to slightly thinner base boards, but I think they should have anticipated that possibility. Overall a great experience at a fair cost, and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Price included them halling away all the construction debris."

"The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall."

"They are true craftsmen My old worn wood floors came to life again I would not want anyone else to refinish wood flooring Highly recommend."

"I really love their work, my floor look like new"
