"Joe and his assistant arrived on time and were very professional. They worked hard and the result was great! We own a black Labrador retriever and have light floors and furniture. That combined with visits from 6 small grandchildren had left their mark. The furniture was noticeably brighter, the carpet looked great and the tile and grout were much cleaner. Prior to my service, an associate came and measured for the job so that I had an estimate which was accurate and I knew what to expect. The job was scheduled ahead of time when we could be in residence. Extreme floor care had come highly recommended by several people and they proved to be excellent. I will definitely use them again"

"Anthony responded to my request right away. He set up an appointment in two days, gave a reasonable estimate for stretching the carpet and then performed the services right there and then! When he pulled up the carpet edge, he noticed some dog smell and advised that baking soda would help. He waited for me to go to the store to buy the baking soda and then spread it in that area before retacking the carpet. Extremely helpful and accommodating! 5-star service for sure!!"

They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean.
