I felt his quote was very reasonable for the job and once I agreed to his price he again scheduled the project within days. He refinished very old hard wood floors in two bedrooms as well as the treads of a stairway that had been painted many times over. He even was able to repair an areaof the floor in one of the rooms. "Excellent work! I’ve been wanting to rip out carpeting and refinish my original 1910 hardwood flooring for years. Cliff and Superior Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. "Wu's team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in three days; I wanted three coats of polyurethane. Particularly difficult was the job of removing some carpeting under radiators, which I was not able to remove, but they were able to get out except for a couple of carpet tack strips against the wall. Those strips will stay for now. The communication with Wu was good, despite it being the holiday season and New Year, which was approaching."

They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring.
