They did an impeccable job and as a first time home buyer, Ishmael was able to calm our nerves and give us the confidence that we were making the right choices. He stripped all the old carpeting and laminate in the kitchen and was able to fix rotten wood and made it look seamless. They even found jewelery from the previous owners hidden behind a loose floorboard and notified us about it so we could give it back to its rightful owner.
