"I?ve had the pleasure of using Bob on several occasions, from stretching w/w carpet, repairing my hardwood floor and just recently installing a staircase carpet runner. As always, his response was timely, offering to stop by same day to evaluate the job. As busy as he was , he fit us in within days, which gave us the opportunity to remove the existing carpet & prep the staircase for the new runner.
