"The Emperial team showed up on time and ready to work. The lead person explained to us the process while the other team members were already putting up plastic sheeting and removing the shoe molding. They moved our refrigerator, sanded a small area on the floor, and showed us several stain samples. We made our selection, handed them the key, and left the house while they completed the work. We had one minor glitch -- they were supposed to stain and install new shoe molding to match the floor, however, they installed primed shoe molding instead. After seeing this and calling Ricky, he agreed to do whatever was necessary to get this fixed -- and he did. We liked the white shoe molding, so agreed to have it painted and leave it in place. It turned out beautifully! The team cleaned up and when we walked back into our house we had beautiful, stained floors with beautiful white shoe molding! I would highly recommend Emperial Floors. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was exceptional!"
