"Dave, the owner, was very agreeable and pleasant to deal with, scheduling the work according to my time frame. His employees did a great job stretching carpeting as well as shampooing and were also pleasant to deal with. The carpet was steam cleaned with a very powerful suction extracting years of accumulated dirt out of the carpet. Much better than any portable hand operated unit could ever do. As another carpet cleaning company told me, make sure the company is experienced and works out of a truck for the cleaning. Carpet Doctor is the best!"

"They ripped up my old carpet and installed new flooring. The job came out beautifully I’d highly recommend!"

"Iâ m notoriously bad at making a decision and they made it simple! Seeing the samples in my space and with their helpful input I made the perfect choice! The floor went in yesterday and I couldnâ t be happier with the floor and the experience! This was my second floor purchased through them and when I become ready for another I wouldnâ t call anyone else."

"Marty and his team did an amazing job installing a new hardwood floor throughout our home. Our home now looks new! They started on time and came every day until the project was done, taking only 5 days to complete from start to finish. The team was professional and friendly, leaving the house clean and hauled away the old carpeting for us. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Thanks Marty, Howie and Paul -- you done good!"

"Our pro was amazing and he did it all by himself!"

"MY sky lite windows was removed and they came in and closed them off.I had 4 windows done and am very pleased with the results. They are highly recommended."

"Jim Baker and staff not only met but exceeded our expectations. Reasonable price and short timeline, excellent communication throughout project. Friendly and professional. He will definitely be our first call for any future projects!"

"The bill shows 8% sales tax on a tax exempt Home improvement. I explained that New York State form ST241 would help eliminate the sales tax portion of the billing on this home improvement when signed off by both parties. The project was completed perfectly as expected."
