He broke every step down to me and when unexpected things popped up (like the crack in the slab), he fixed the problem rather than just hiding it with mortar. "Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."

"We liked the carpet that we picked out. However we had to call them back after they installed the carpet because  there were wrinkles or bubbles in the carpet. It looked like they didn't pull it tight enough. They sent two other people out and they did their best to pull the wrinkles out of the carpet, but there is still a bubble around the fireplace so we will neve use them again. I would not recommend them because we were not pleased with the end results of our carpet. The carpet is still not right."
