He assisted with picking out the carpet and updated me by text on a daily basis as to the status of my order. They installed my carpet a week after contracting with him and the installers were professional, quick and did an amazing job. My flooring looks beautiful and I could not be happier."

"I have engineered hardwood flooring that was showing random damaged areas and I had no clue what was causing it. Jason from Creative Flooring Solutions came out and looked at the situation and gave me a quote on the labor to pull the flooring up and put new flooring down after we discover what was causing the damaged areas. It turned out to be termites. It was a small job, but Creative Flooring Solutions was kind enough to take it on anyway, which I greatly appreciated. They showed up on schedule to do the job, vacuumed & cleaned up any debris, I then had a termite guy come out to do his thing, and Creative Flooring returned at a later date to put the new flooring down. You can’t even tell there was ever an issue now. The communication was great whenever I had questions, the pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, and I was very pleased with the outcome & end result. Highly recommend this business! The room had been nearly abandoned by my family after a different company had tried to install hardwood floors that never fully off-gassed. After removal of the hardwood floors, the room stood unfinished for half a year, which was a big problem for us since we have a small 3-bedroom house and needed the room to fit our growing family, including a 2-month old. Fortunately, Jason and his team came to the rescue. They accomodated our busy schedule by agreeing to install the carpet while we were away and did a fantastic job with the install itself.
