"Professional work. Beautiful installation of strand woven bamboo flooring. Max and partner worked two solid days to remove existing carpet and install flooring. Wow, I am so impressed with the attention to detail, such as perfect flush cuts around door frames and molding. The job was over two months ago and we continue to notice the quality. "This was a small job — there was one small room (70 square feet) in the condo that I just purchased with a significantly damaged hardwood floor. All of the other floors were fine, except for deep scarring in three “stripes” another room from rolling drawers with damaged wheels. Norfolk did a beautiful job of refinishing the floor in the one room — it is gorgeous—and also repaired the three stripes in the other room for a price that proportional to the size of the job — all of the other companies had a project-minimum cost that was more than twice as much."

When it came time to finally install the flooring, which he allowed me to purchase myself and not through him, unlike some other vendors I got quotes from, his installers came on time when they said they would, were polite, professional, clean and efficient. They let us know ever step of the way if there was something that we should know or consider during the installation process so it was 100% to our liking and satisfaction.
