"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "I had a very positive experience with Mr. Hoang Duong and his highly skilled team. They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised. They removed carpets and solved the problem of gluing the wood to exposed concrete. They solved whatever problems that arose and they moved some furniture for me. Overall an outstanding result."
