"Luciano and GM Flooring tackled a really difficult project for us. Our entire first floor (1400 sq. ft.) contained 5 different types of flooring. We had hardwood in some rooms, vinyl, 2 types of tile in others. His demo crew stayed for 10 hours to rip things out down to the sub-flooring. His install crew (including Luciano himself) got our NEW, engineered hardwood floors intstalled in just 2 days and he backs the quality of the install for a year. Our home has been transformed and for that type of job I needed someone who answered his phone when I had questions, and stuck to his word with dates/times and budget. Luciano exceeded our expectations and when the job was done and I assumed his crew was all exhausted they stayed to move ALL of our furniture back in from the garage. "Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."
