They did an impeccable job and as a first time home buyer, Ishmael was able to calm our nerves and give us the confidence that we were making the right choices. He stripped all the old carpeting and laminate in the kitchen and was able to fix rotten wood and made it look seamless. They even found jewelery from the previous owners hidden behind a loose floorboard and notified us about it so we could give it back to its rightful owner. Our home will need more repairs in the future and he was able to give us great insight into what we should do now and what we can do later. Cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much Ishmael!"

"Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL! EXCELLENT PRICE. Excellent job. I plan on hiring him again for my basement floors."

"Aldo was punctual, and competent. He communicated everything very well. He and his crew were timely, well mannered and efficient. The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."

The work he performed in 3 weeks was: Build a new shower/tile with a design/create a shower bench/install shower panel/tile behind the vanity with the design trim/install the vanity/move plumbing, gas and electrical for the shower and vanity with light fixture/tile the floor/install a stackable washer and dryer/build out a wall to divide the storage area and heat unit/install a sliding barn door/paint the bathroom, main room and hallway up to the kitchen door/ installed 3 windows, an air conditioner and installed recessed lighting in the bathroom/installed interlocking vinyl flooring in the storage area, main room and stairs (repaired two broken stairs and lots of extras, e.g. installed a lighting fixture in the hallway by the stair landing, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom, installed window treatments and assembled a 70 inch TV storage cabinet).
