It is extremely difficult to match stain color on two different species of wood to get a close match. He did so beautifully and we could not be more thrilled with the results. Working with him was a pleasure. He is great communicator and a perfectionist. He explained the challenges clearly and the possible solutions and problems so we could we could make an informed decision. He kept us informed during the job and was able to pivot and include another floor in our house with no problem. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
