"My kitchen floor was in deplorable condition; David and his team turned it into a floor that looks brand new. He did an amazing job! Not only that, they set up so that not a single speck of wood dust escaped the work area - amazing. "My hardwood floors are 35 years old, in bad shape. The previous refinishing was terrible! I had to leave the house for a week. The fumes from the polyurethane lasted for weeks.The adjacent carpet with the stain which required me to replace the carpet. Clarks did a fantastic job! With the new dust free sanding I did not have weeks of dusting ahead! With little fumes from the stain I could stay in my house within hours of each stage. Very clean. The finished job left my floors looking better than when they were brand new! I would highly recommend Clarks."

We had put off having flooring installed because a good portion of it was ceramic tile and glued linoleum. We imagined it taking days to demolish all of the floors.
