"I received quotes from 4 different hardwood flooring companies; all 4 companies had good reviews. Simple Floors pricing fell in the middle of the other quotes; I chose them because theyâ d previously completed the floors already in the townhouse I recently purchased. The townhouse is 3 floors; one set of stairs had hardwood flooring but the other set had carpet. I wanted both to match with hardwood. George and Team made it happen. The new set of stairs match the rest of the flooring on the 1st and 2nd floors perfectly. I would recommend this company for any hardwood flooring needs."

"Did not move any furniture to clean the entire floor area as initially requested. Charged extra for areas he said needed extra cleaning efforts. After the carpet dried the high-traffic areas continued to stand out and needed more attention."

"I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you are in need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!"

"CJ and Daniel did a marvelous job restoring the hardwood floors that had been neglected and covered by carpet for at least 20 years. They were prompt, hardworking, personable, and respectful of our time. They were careful about moving our furniture and even put felt on the bottoms of all the furniture so it wouldn’t scratch the new floors. They took pride in their work and seemed as proud of the floors as we are. We didn’t find any dust and they cleaned up after themselves and left no debris. We highly recommend them!"
