"Wow! I truly feel like I struck gold finding Chet to help out with my flooring! I am in the process of bringing an older home back to life and step one was removing old stained carpet and bringing up wood floors underneath. We hit a minor problem that changed the course of project from floor restoration to a complete replacement job. I could not be happier with the results. Chet was extremely responsive, fair, and kind during the whole process and was working very close to holiday times which I am so appreciative of. I attached some photos of the floors prior to removal, middle replacement, and the final look. Chet was the hardest working one man army I have ever seen. "The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"What an amazing transformation of my flooring. Mike put his heart and soul into this job. It required a lot of sanding and then coating with polyurethane. During the process, Mike kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. In fact, he put down three different stains for me to decide which one I thought would look the best. I went with the natural look. I would highly recommend Best Choice flooring for all of your flooring needs. The finished product was amazing, from the color, coating, to the trim that he put down. Mike started the job and worked on the job until it was completed."
