"Russ and Rich did a great job refinishing the floors in every room of our first floor. They were very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and fair priced. Highly recommended"

"Very happy with my new floors. Our space looks great and the price was more than fair. Will definitely use again for future flooring needs."

"It went great! Mike was very easy to work with. He was extremely responsive and communicative so we always knew what was happening. He helped us select the right flooring for our needs and made the process simple."

"Mr. Brian Perez and his father did an excellent job renovating our kitchen floor. He helped us clarify our vision by providing different design and material options as well as providing a very accurate quote for our project. Mr. Perez was very efficient in sourcing the materials in a timely manner and moving forward with the project in the time frame we had discussed. I have no trouble recommending Perez Custom Flooring for your next renovation project. Cesar Garcia"

"Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"The installers did a fantastic job and worked so hard! Very efficient and they even cleaned up. Im very happy with my new shower tub combo. I forgot to mention that they also had to remove a giant hot tub bath that I hated. Perfect! Thank you so much."

"Ed and John did excellent work. They scheduled and completed on time. Ed knew more about flooring, finishing and wood furniture than anyone I ever met. They did our entire first floor, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen after they were all ruined by painters cleaning up paint splatter with paint thinner which removed some of the original finish leaving bare wood. We would highly recommend Woodwork and More for floor refinishing and I am about to go back to him for some high end furniture refinishing."

"It was very nice inspection"

"I needed a landing from my patio to my yard. I hated having to always walk on grass so I wanted a concrete landing or some type of design. So AG construction created concrete steps leading to a slab. In the future an added gazebo or playground would bring the look together. It looks much better than it did in my opinion."

"They are very professional I am in love with my floor I recommend them"
