My old disgusting floors look brand new and the match to brand new floors. They also recarpeted my master bedroom and did runners up the front stairs. They not only did immaculate work, but they also were helpful in my getting amazing pricing. It was a major project. They were on time, they moved all my furniture out. they put it all back in. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."
