"From selecting carpet samples with Jerry to the install with the crew - everything went so smoothly. Jerry helped explain the difference in carpet options when I was deciding between two different ones, which was so helpful. The crew was polite, timely, and professional, and they did a fantastic job. The price was also the lowest we had been quoted by a few thousand. Could not be happier and would recommend to everyone!"

"Hands down Kimi's Carpet is second to None!! Finding this hidden "GEM" "Kimi's Carpets" on Angies List was the BEST decision ever!! Not only did Kimi Execute like a Champ with their Quality Installation and Superior Customer Service. She was able to get all the flooring installed in the time we needed it done, with time to spare before our family arrived! This store has exceeded our expectations in so many ways, from start to finish this was "the best" flooring install experience we've ever had! We will back for all our future flooring needs! Thank you so much Kimi's Carpet!! Big John and Jacqueline Counts!"

"Jason and his team at Creative Flooring Solutions did amazing work for us! We had them refinish red oak hardwood floors on our stairs and second floor in 3 rooms (which was covered with carpet when we bought the house). They did beautiful work and we have gotten so many compliments on the floors! We also had Creative Flooring Solutions do an installation of LVP on a different part of the house, and it looks incredible. Jason and his team were professional, on time, responsive, excellent at communicating with me throughout each job, and provided great value for the work we had done. I am so impressed and would highly recommend this company!"

"Ricky did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors. And his price was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again!"

"They refinished a dark cherry wood floor into a satin finish natural finish and replaced carpet with a matching wood floor in 2 rooms. The color match was better than expected — very pleased. Ron took the time to help me make the right choices."

"Jason & team are truly amazing. We initially contracted with them to re-do the floors throughout our new home on a tight timeline. They did a fantastic job, installing nearly 4800 square feet of beautiful flooring that dramatically re-shaped the appearance of our home. Throughout the process, Jason was flexible, responsive, and frankly just a lot of fun. We were so impressed with FCI's performance that we ultimately contracted with them to renovate all five bathrooms in our home - and once again, they were great. Jason helped us envision and design each bathroom, from a high-end primary bathroom to mid-range and economical guest bathrooms. I couldn't more strongly recommend Jason and FCI. They are a rare partner that is equal parts trustworthy and affordable."

"I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!"

"Great new floors, speedy service, great price!"

"Reliable and professional and did great job on floors"

"Big shout-out to Chris. This man exceptionally explained everything you all had to offer and was outstanding in educating us on things we may not have understood or were not aware of. I am very happy with the work your team did. They provided top-tier results, and I will be coming back for future work as well as referring people I know to your company. I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity. It means a lot, and it made our decision to move forward that much easier. As for your process from start to finish, it was quick, seamless, and very straightforward. I did not feel like you guys were trying to see how much money you could get out of us. Your product and presentation speak for themselves, and your warranty backs all of it up and is one of the biggest factors in why people will consider moving forward. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did. This company deserves 5 stars. As for feedback, I highly recommend having a process for covering up the customer's furniture"
