They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"

"Jerry is very responsive and professional.  He answers all emails and provides updates via text message as well (e.g. "on my way").  After sending him a photo of the kitchen he came out promptly and provided an estimate.  We were very flexible with our schedule so there were no concerns about Jerry fitting us into his schedule.  
Jerry arrived on time and pretty much worked straight through the day on the project.  He came back 2 days later to finish up and again arrived on time as promised and quickly finished up.  He cleaned up both days including wiping counters, floors, and the patio where he did all the cutting of tiles.  He brought enough drop cloths to protect our flooring and granite counters, which was most appreciated.
The quality of his work was also excellent.  He worked with us on the design.  He's basically a "tell me what YOU want" kind of contractor and he accommodated one minor change in the project with no problem.  The backsplash came out perfect and really enhances our kitchen.
We will definitely use Jerry again in the future and would recommend him to others as well.

"Wow!! I did not think my floors would look as good as they do. There were so many deep gouges and scratches, that I thought they would come out just OK...Boy, what a surpise!! Everyone that sees my floors are so impressed. If that weren't enough, the professionalism I received was top notch. Ed came personally, looked at what needed to be done and gave me an accurate estimate. Unlike some others that didn't want to be bothered and just gave an estimate over the phone. "The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
