"Mark was great! Very reasonably priced and we couldn t be happier with our floors. He did all the work himself and was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and clean (he always cleaned up at the end of the day). Our project took about 4 1/2 days and with the exception of one late start day (which we knew about) Mark was at our home early each day and worked hard and non stop ALL day! Our floors are beautiful and we are grateful to have found Mark!"

"They were super easy to set up an appointment. Adam called to say he was on his way and arrived right on time. He did a fast but thorough job. Very pleased. Will use again for all my carpet needs."

"From start to finish everything went exceptionally well. Aleksey of AVA Construction LLC. is excellent. Not only is he a skilled craftsman, he is a man of great character who you can trust. Our rustic white oak solid wood flooring was made to order by a third party. Unfortunately, production of the flooring was delayed on a couple of occasions. When I called to update Aleksey of the flooring delays, he was always positive and quick to adjust his schedule to make our job a priority. Once our flooring from the third party arrived, Aleksey allowed for appropriate acclimation of the product and then got right to work. Aleksey was punctual, hardworking, and put in full days of work. His communication was excellent, he answered questions we had, and he addressed any concerns we had with the knowledge base of an expert. Aleksey pays close attention to detail and strives for perfection in his craft. No corners were cut, I’m sure of that. In fact, I watched as Aleksey went above and beyond to make our flooring look great, exceeding our expectations. Aleksey stayed on budget, with no surprises as it related to project cost. I will recommend AVA Construction to anyone I know in need of new/refinished flooring. If the need arises, I will absolutely use AVA Construction in the future, but I truly believe the floors he installed will last a lifetime. It’s always refreshing to work with a contractor who is a straight shooter and whose very talented at what they do. Thank you Aleksey and AVA Construction for a job well done!"

"Mel did good work, the floor looks beautiful. Mel did quite a good job of lacing in some areas that were previously patched, can't even tell where they were. Also had him install new oak registers flush with the floor which turned out beautiful. I would recommend Pioneer Hardwood Floors and will likely use them again to install new wood flooring in the master bedroom."
