"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Shawn did an awesome job bringing life back into our floors. We went from a very faint floor with areas stained by who knows what, to a beautiful brown stain on the floor. Also very affordable and great price especially for the quality of work he gave us. Completed it in a timely manner and also worked hard to complete it within the timeframe he gave us. Definitely would recommend!"

"Jarrett was wonderful to work with. He kept to his word and on what he was going to do and kept to the price. He gave us ideas and design suggestions on the decks (2) decks. The contractor we had hired when starting the project left with no warning in the middle if it and Jarrett graciously fixed the other contractors poor workmanship to bring it to code and basically had to rebuild decks from the beginning. He did a large basement remodel for my son which turned out beautiful. My son was trying to get some furniture in thru the basement window which had to be removed and replaced. We couldnâ  t get the window out. It was a weekend and he cam eout ion his time right away. We called him for advice initially but he just came out. We have projects we definitely will. be using him for. He also painted some dormers on our very tall house and did an excellent job. Our local painter with 5 stars refused to do it-so wonâ  t ever call that guy again. You will not be disappointed hiring him."

"We had 3 estimates and Ryan of Jazz Flooring was the middle price. We did ask for a senior discount which brought him the lowest. My husband -Rudy was impressed with his knowledge and information right off. He started early and worked late. He put in 40+ hours of work - it took a long time but was well worth the wait because he's a perfectionist - did all the work himself, alone and did refinishing of 2 large area rooms. There was dust since there is no such thing as 'dustless' but he had the floor looking so awesome and used a wood putty on gouges and nails for a perfect job. We could not be happier with his price, attitude, salesmanship, work ethic and the final results. 5 star service. Highly recommend."
