Dan s response time and knowledge for his product we re a great first impression. The floors were in fair shape, despite the prior owner s neglect. One of the floors had a horrible stain and looked almost rotten. There was animal poop that was never cleaned up and eventually covered under carpet. Other problems included spackle or paint all over the floors. My goal was to fix that spot and others that were just as gross as much as possible with the expectation that it might not work out too bad, but Dan was confident that he could make it look beautiful again. I didn t think that they would be able to make it look that good, but halfway through, it looked like a totally different floor. I was truly amazed. On the day of the work order, the guys showed up on time for the job, unpacked their equipment quickly and got to work. One guy went in one room doing the edging, the other doing the main area. They had an efficient system of working together and were able to get a 2-3 day job done by the end of the day. I could not have imagined the results. I would absolutely recommend Irish Pride Hardwood flooring for any future floor refinishing needs. They know what they re doing and have the right equipment for the job. This was one of the best investments made to the house so far, and I am glad that I have found someone reliable to protect my investment."

As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. "Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
