"The work went well. It was very messy so I recommend anyone hiring this contractor to be prepared for just how messy this project can be. My floors, carpets and furniture were so covered in material leftover from sanding that it took us three days to clean. Everything was white as snow. Also, do not wet the sanding debris, make sure you dry wipe, sweep and vacuum before wiping things down with anything damp/wet. Again, can't stress enough that the final product was great, but the process is messy. Be prepared."

Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy.
