John made two home visits, to get measurements and scope of work for a quote and the second to verify sequencing. For three rooms totaling about 350-400 sqft it took John and his team 6 working days plus one additional day for requested adjustments for 7 days total. Work included sanding, leveling, refurbishing antique floor fasteners, applying one coat of stain, and closing out with 3 coats of sealers. John and Charlotte were very accommodating and did one additional day of work to make sure the color of the floor was just right.
