I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. "This was far more than just a tile repair and took several days. My shower pan needed to be replaced and the floor completely remade to be at the right angle. THEN he retiled the whole thing. He even fixed the shower door for me since the previous owner installed it poorly! His work is meticulous and looks amazing. He clearly takes pride in his work. He was also very careful to keep the dust from demo as small as he could and always cleaned up after he left. He was always so cheerful and polite. I will definitely hire him for any other work I need done in my house!!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
