"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

I really love the quality of their products, when friends or family come over they still ask if my hardwood and/or carpeting is brand néw. This year they completed the flooring in my basement. "Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference.
