Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

They did our entire first floor,living room, dining room, family room and kitchen after they were all ruined by painters cleaning up paint splatter with paint thinner which removed some of the original finish leaving bare wood.
