I knew there was a lively oak flooring under it that had never been exposed so I decided it was time they did a phenomenal job and you really don’t see any places where the stripping was. He was honest about the floor (that it was probably better as a sub floor) but said if I wanted to refinish it, he would do so. He gave me a great price. But since it was soft wood, a pine floor, and we have a large dogs I decided to wait and replace the floor at a later date when the budget allows. I appreciated his honesty and price. I will hire them when we get ready to do our other floors."
