"Elegant Floors is an excellent company to deal with in all areas! Our floors look absolutely beautiful, the cost was very fair and affordable. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. They were punctual, efficient, very professional and were very accepting of our needs. I had to reschedule the dates that work was to begin and it was not a problem at all. They were happy to provide us with the dates we wanted. The floors and house were spotless when they left! We can't say enough about how happy we are with this company. "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"I've previously worked with Aaron, the owner, on our previous home and immediately went back to him when we purchased our new home. The wife had her own ideas of what she wanted and I went straight back to Aaron without even comparing him to his competitors. Aaron, once again, was very professional and provided tremendous service as we got ready to move into our new home back in October. He dispatched his team and they were amazing in how quickly and efficiently they worked to rip up carpets and restore the beautiful hardwood underneath. as an added bonus, in those areas where there was some clear damage to the flooring, Aaron's team very professionally fixed the damage and replaced with new hardwood flooring. as the damage was underneath the carpet and previously unknown, i was worried Aaron would charge me extra but he never did and provided the same exceptional experience i am accustomed too. We also changed the flooring in the Study and even invited Aaron's team to return again a few weeks later to redo our Kitchen with LVP flooring. overall we are amazed at the quality of work and Aaron's responsiveness, to include for minor follow-up work. We can't thank both Aaron and his team at AG Construction and Flooring enough for being an instrumental part of our family's safety and comfort!"

"I will look nowhere else when I have any flooring needs. The project involved replacing our carpet and vinyl with hardwood flooring on the entire first floor of our house. Alex came and explained the entire process in advance. He knew right away what to do and how he would proceed. Besides advising us on what floor to choose and why, he met us at a wholesale wood floor company and further advised us on the choice. In two days, our solid oak flooring was installed perfectly, even though we increased the area we wanted in hardwood by 24â 30% while installation was in process, putting the Alex and the crew to extra trouble and a longer day. The crew cleaned everything up after the work. We are thrilled with the work and the floor. There may be some slightly less expensive, but none as good, whatever the cost."

"This company is fantastic. They take pride in their work and truly understand what customer satisfaction means. We hired them back in Feb 2013 to both install wood flooring on our second level and assess the need to replace the wood floors on 1st Level. Wesley and Marcos are truly honest people. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish. We are glad we hired them to both jobs. The work was timely with minimal disruption to the family and the clean up was excellent.
