"We recently pulled up carpeting in our living room and hallway. The floors underneath were stained in several areas and there was an area that needed repairing. When the floors were done, we were amazed at how beautiful they were. They were able to get out all the stains, and the repair looked amazing. I am so happy that we went with Sousa Fine Floors. "I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate."
