"It was fantastic, they were on time, professional, they did such a great job that our carpets looks brand new. I would highly recommend them."

"I had a great experience with Zavala Flooring Service. After I contacted the company through homeadvisor, Kewin responded promptly and came over to give me an estimate with a fair price. The followup communication was smooth for me to purchase materials needed for the project. Just two days after I got everything needed, Kewin and his crew came over. They worked hard to finish the project which included removing current hardwood flooring and installing new flooring. The crew was polite and professional. The quality of work is very high. We are 100% satisfied with Zavala Flooring Service."

"We had the flooring replaced in our little pool house ‘casita’ out back, very professional to work with and knowledgeable, easy to reach and kept me updated on the progress. Always on time and within schedule. Good attention to detail - Highly recommend!"

"My carpet installation was scheduled for Friday, April 2nd, 2021. When the installers showed up to lay the carpet, they didn't have enough to carpet all of the areas that I'd wanted re-carpeted. So, I decided to just have vinyl plank flooring put in in the bathroom instead. This was then scheduled for Friday, April 9th, 2021. When they showed up to do this work, they once again didn't have enough plank flooring, so the work had to be postponed until Wednesday, April 14th."

"Well, I hope this is showing as a five star review. This was definitely a five star job by footprint floors. I really cannot say enough good things about them. Eduardo was a consummate professional throughout, and Benito who actually did the work on the floors is a master craftsman. I wish I could post pictures here. Hopefully Eduardo will put it on his Instagram feed. They took our floors which were covered with vinyl flooring, plywood, carpet, and decades of crud, and made them look brand new. They are simply beautiful. I just really cannot say enough good things about this entire experience. if you are looking to get hardwood floors refinished, look no further. These are your guys."

"I had purchased tile and I only needed installation of it. I had received multiple bids and all of them were ridiculously high for this small of a job. I contacted RC Tile for a quote. Ruben responded the same day. The next morning I had a written quote and the following week the tile was installed. My husband and I did the demo of removing the carpet and cleaning the floors. Monday, 10-31-16, the tile was placed in my home office and hallway closet. Tuesday, 11-1-16, grouting was done. I wish all my home remodels had gone this smoothly! I highly recommend RC Tile. There still are fair and honest businesses left in Austin and he is one of them."

"Difficult patch job. Australian cypress hardwood flooring. Rey is a true professional! Absolutely knows what he’s doing! My patch job sure doesn’t look like one! I’m so pleased."
