"We cannot recommend Joe enough. He’s professional, kind, easy to work with, and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does and really pays attention to detail. He is also very knowledgeable and was always quick to help explain things/give use some flooring wisdom. We are so happy with our new floors and are excited to recommend Deschutes Custom Wood Floors to everyone we know! Hire them, you won’t regret it!"

"From start to finish the entire process was easy. We got a good deal when compared to other flooring companies so we pulled the trigger. We went with their middle of the road carpet which has been awesome. My kids love walking around barefoot on the new carpet."

"We had original hardwood flooring in our 1948 home that had been covered in tile. We removed the tile and they brought the floors back to life while maintaining the charm of the older home. Very clean in their work. Canâ t wait to have them back to refinish the other rooms of the house as well."

"He did great work! He did various things around our house, including restoring a knocked down closet and repairing a door. I am moving out of Oregon for work, but if I ever come back I’ll definitely keep his number handy!"

The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
