I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"Keenen is amazing! He replaced a variety of floor surfaces with vinyl plank throughout our newly purchased home and replaced the tile floor in the bathroom with Marmoleum. The results are stunning and transformed the house! He had to deal with layers of old vinyl, old carpet, and stairs with an uneven cement surface. He demonstrated his expertise with his solutions for each problematic area. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He fit the job in between other previously scheduled jobs so we wouldn’t have to wait long to move in, and completed the project in a timely manner. His initial estimate was close to the final cost and he explained in detail all extra costs. The final cost was very reasonable. In addition to his expertise, Keenen communicates clearly and consistently and is extremely personable. The overall experience was painless and we’re very pleased with the outcome!"
