"Luciano and GM Flooring tackled a really difficult project for us. Our entire first floor (1400 sq. ft.) contained 5 different types of flooring. We had hardwood in some rooms, vinyl, 2 types of tile in others. His demo crew stayed for 10 hours to rip things out down to the sub-flooring. His install crew (including Luciano himself) got our NEW, engineered hardwood floors intstalled in just 2 days and he backs the quality of the install for a year. Our home has been transformed and for that type of job I needed someone who answered his phone when I had questions, and stuck to his word with dates/times and budget. Luciano exceeded our expectations and when the job was done and I assumed his crew was all exhausted they stayed to move ALL of our furniture back in from the garage. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."
