Came when he said he would--regrouted and caulked master bathtub/shower. We were so pleased we even had him look at another problem we were having in the kitchen with the ceramic tile (laid by another company who said it could not be repaired without taking it all up and starting over). He said he can fix it rather easily and at a reasonable price, so he'll come back in a few days to fix it."

"This cleaning service was performed on a rental property. The last tenant violated the lease agreement by having a large pet dog. The pet dog was allowed to run free inside the home.
