"Russ and Rich did a great job refinishing the floors in every room of our first floor. They were very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and fair priced. Highly recommended"

"Carpet was stretched; bumps were eliminated; very satisfied."

"These guys were great! Their customer service was excellent, and their quality of work was amazing. Dan took a Sunday appointment to come visit our new home and gave us a good price on refinishing the floors. His advice on recommendations for the floor were good, but it was his professionalism and confidence in their flooring capabilities are what sold us. We were working with one company and pursuing a quote from a second company before calling Irish Pride, but they were the best by far. Dan s response time and knowledge for his product we re a great first impression. The floors were in fair shape, despite the prior owner s neglect. One of the floors had a horrible stain and looked almost rotten. There was animal poop that was never cleaned up and eventually covered under carpet. Other problems included spackle or paint all over the floors. My goal was to fix that spot and others that were just as gross as much as possible with the expectation that it might not work out too bad, but Dan was confident that he could make it look beautiful again. I didn t think that they would be able to make it look that good, but halfway through, it looked like a totally different floor. I was truly amazed. On the day of the work order, the guys showed up on time for the job, unpacked their equipment quickly and got to work. One guy went in one room doing the edging, the other doing the main area. They had an efficient system of working together and were able to get a 2-3 day job done by the end of the day. I could not have imagined the results. I would absolutely recommend Irish Pride Hardwood flooring for any future floor refinishing needs. They know what they re doing and have the right equipment for the job. This was one of the best investments made to the house so far, and I am glad that I have found someone reliable to protect my investment."

"I needed to have my floors replaced in a home I bought and needed it done pretty quickly. Jack was responsive and did everything very quickly before I moved in. I get a lot of compliments on the floors, and his estimate was $2000 less than the lowest estimate I got from other companies."

"Fast, efficient, communicative, professional. Everything you are looking for in a service provider. Our floors like AMAZING. Thanks for everything."

"The floor was damaged due rain and Bob with his crew did a fantastic job replacing the damaged floor and providing a new finish to match the new repair."

"This is one of the best professional person I know of to get the job done properly, for a very good price. I would hire Rob anytime in fixing my carpet problems. What a great job in making my wife and I happy in the repair of our house rugs. Great work Rob!!!"

"Love the new flooring and carpeting. Quick turnaround time and reasonably priced. The salesman was very good. Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Tom is passionate about his craft. Our old hardwood floors look beautiful and are alive again. He is not a miracle maker he can only do so much with wood nonetheless, he is the guy for the job. I only wish the carpet guys from decades past were as respectful of the hardwood. Tom kept in touch, and on schedule.. He explains the process and products. He has a lot of experience to help you with the various decisions that need to be made. We recommend his services."
