"Clark's was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from beginning to end including my first phone inquiry, the bidding/estimate process, scheduling, the work and the wrap up. Every room in my house was refinished or new woods laid. Two teams came in to do my work - first the team that removed and hauled away the old carpet/pad, prepped the floor and laid the new woods, and the second team sanded, prepped and sealed the floors and installed new baseboard/quarter rounds. Every single person I interacted with was customer service oriented, knowledgeable about their aspect of the work, courteous and willing to answer many questions. They all maintained a very clean work site and cleaned up entirely at the end of everyday. There was minimal dust and they took great care to cover all artwork or other household items I could not remove. Clark's provided outstanding, quality work at every step and I would hire them again for all my hardwood floor needs."

"Dom did a superb job on both carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing. He was very responsive to our calls/texts and explained exactly what was to be done every step of the way. The owner of DG Flooring, Dom was on site each day, working diligently alongside or independent of his employees. His work was professional, thorough, and completed in a timely fashion (6 consecutive days). His focus was on our project alone, so he didn’t “disappear” to attend to some other project. He even requested to work, and we allowed, into the early evening and on the weekend in order to complete the project by the agreed upon deadline. He was very accommodating to our needs, trying as much as possible not to create any inconveniences. He and his crew were very respectful and very hard working. His pricing was reasonable and came in as he had estimated. He moved furniture at no additional cost. He also did other related work, I.e., he removed a pony wall, moved an outlet, and retextured and painted a wall. He and his crew cleaned up nicely at each day’s end. His work is of high quality and he wouldn’t declare any part of the job finished until it met his own high expectations. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
