We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! I recommend Jade Floors to anyone who is in need of flooring! We also reached out to friends who are remodeling their home and recommended Jade Floors for their remodel. The new carpet we selected is 80oz, which is top quality. The pad is 1/2" thick, which is top quality as well! "Although we only had 19 ceramic tile that needed to be replaced in our kitchen, Adam drove over from Greeley to review our situation and gave us an estimate right away. Some of the cracked tile was originally lain beneath our custom cabinets... and we had been told by others that replacing those pieces might entail removing the cabinet's 'toe kick'... and possibly/probably damaging them in the process. However, Adam PRECISELY cut the old tile away from the toe'kicks and PRECISELY cut the new tile to EXACTLY FIT where the old tile had been. He showed up PROMPTLY on each morning of our 2-day project.
