Particularly difficult was the job of removing some carpeting under radiators, which I was not able to remove, but they were able to get out except for a couple of carpet tack strips against the wall. Those strips will stay for now. The communication with Wu was good, despite it being the holiday season and New Year, which was approaching."

They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised. They removed carpets and solved the problem of gluing the wood to exposed concrete. They solved whatever problems that arose and they moved some furniture for me. Overall an outstanding result."
