"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"Excellent!! Javier and his co-workers did a fantastic job. Javier worked with me to order the exact amount of material from a vendor out of state. We could not find the type of wood I wanted here. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "Working with A&S was a great experience.  Serge was very patient with my husband & me when we went to look at carpet samples.  We really didn't know exactly what we wanted & he spent time helping us.  When we narrowed it down to 2 he had the manufacturer send the samples to our house.  When it was time to order Serge personally came & measured the room.  A week later he let me know that the carpet was in & that the installers could be there the next day.  They came the next day & did a beautiful job!!

"Moe did a great job on our carpets and upholstery. Our drapes were cleaned in place rather than taking them down. That was a good decision because the drapes are old and could not have with stood dry cleaning, and he was able remove water damage stains. I highly recommend All Shine Carpet Care."

• We had a tight schedule with a upcoming move in date. Mike Pillar came to our new home, and got back to us with an estimate. We decided to accept his bid, selected one of the samples that he provided, and went to his shop to sign the contract. At that time we were told that the wood that we had selected was not in stock, and it would take six weeks to get. He suggested an alternative, that was available immediately. We were disappointed but had a time crunch, took the new sample to our home, and determined that is as an acceptable replacement, (although visibly was inferior quality 25% thinner), than our original selection. The following week, we met with the installers, and proceeded to leave them to work, when the foreman came running after me, and wanted to show me that the wood that they were installing, did not match the sample, that was still in my house. It was clearly a different dye lot. I was very upset and got in touch with Mike Pillar. He insisted that it was the same, even though myself, my husband, and his employee clearly saw a difference. I was thrilled to find out that the original wood that we had selected suddenly was available, however, we were now being charged an extra $680 to get the floor that we were originally quoted on. The explanation that we were given for the price increase was that the stairs cost more with that wood, even though that flooring isn't even on the stairs. The stairs are stained wood. In the end the quality of the work, and the overall pricing was good. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch tactics, the unreasonable price increase, or the way that I was spoken to by the owner.

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."

"Bob is very friendly. He installed vinyl flooring for staircase and 3 bedrooms as well as a small bathroom and hallway in second floor of our home in 2 days! Very fast clean and professional job at a reasonable and competitive price. I chose a color ( beach) from the LUX website and he picked up the materials and started as early as next day.
