We purchased a glue remover that worked very well. Rob came back to make a repair. I told him about the product and he said he knew about it but he didn't have it. I was to supply the materials and he was to install the floor. All he had to do was ask and I would have purchased it. So I had to clean all of the floors. Otherwise I am very satisfied."
