He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. He was honest about the floor (that it was probably better as a sub floor) but said if I wanted to refinish it, he would do so. He gave me a great price. But since it was soft wood, a pine floor, and we have a large dogs I decided to wait and replace the floor at a later date when the budget allows. I appreciated his honesty and price. I will hire them when we get ready to do our other floors."
