Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Tao and his firm."

This was a big project, he carpeted my bedroom, put wood laminate flooring in the whole place, and my bathroom too. . His assistant was awesome as well, and I wood be thrilled to have the both of them back to my home. Oh, and the floors look amazing. Just amazing.
