I knew there was a lively oak flooring under it that had never been exposed so I decided it was time they did a phenomenal job and you really don’t see any places where the stripping was. This was a big project, he carpeted my bedroom, put wood laminate flooring in the whole place, and my bathroom too. . His assistant was awesome as well, and I wood be thrilled to have the both of them back to my home. Oh, and the floors look amazing. Just amazing. His quote was quite reasonable, and he explained in detail the process for installing the new carpet. Jim was professional, friendly and informative, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He is extremely conscientious and respectful of your furniture and personal belongings. Jim completed my carpet installation in less than two days without a helper. 528 SF of carpet was replaced including stairs, and I am delighted with the results. On a scale of 1 to 10, Advanced Carpet Installations deserves a 12. However, the highest rating that Home Advisor has is 5, so that will have to suffice. From the initial contact to completion of the job, the service was outstanding. Jim worked quickly and efficiently. "Excellent work! I’ve been wanting to rip out carpeting and refinish my original 1910 hardwood flooring for years. Cliff and Superior Hardwood Flooring came highly recommended. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. Cliff recommended the best match of wood, used quality materials and did beautiful work! I’m very happy with my new floors! They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring.
