"We wanted to update the flooring in our kitchen, dining room, hallway, main bath, living room and stairways. Eric met with us to first determine what we wanted and then helped guide us through final choices. We decided to go with LVP (luxury vinyl plank) for the kitchen, dining area, hallway and main bath. We chose to add oak risers to our stairs and then wrap the step treads with a long wearing Berber carpet. In the living area, we chose a plush frieze carpet. We were able to choose all products from Eric's samples, without leaving our home. The products were ordered and then professionally installed, by experienced craftsmen, who did excellent work. As I observed the installation, I could tell the installers cared about the smallest details, and wanted to do a superb job. This was a large job (in my opinion) and I'm glad I trusted Elite flooring to the task. I'll be calling them for future flooring updates (in other areas of our home), and you should call them too. I can heartily recommend their workmanship."

"Amazing from the customer service to the workmanship. Steve from day one was very pleasant to work with. We had an unconventional carpet installation with gently used carpet. The install was amazing. You can’t see a single seam and would have no idea that there are a few pieces of carpet. We will definitely be hiring them to finish up the other areas in our home and recommend them for any other carpet needs!"

"After a kitchen PCV pipe fitting broke that ran underneath a concrete slab in my house, I needed the 2’ x 3’ hole in the engineered wood floor replaced. Jon from CW Flooring was flawless!! He was customer friendly, professional, and cleaned up after the work was finished. I’m extremely pleased with the results! And the price was competitive too!!"

"Was very polite and respectful and kindly helped answer all questions on project. Flooring looks amazing. Did a great job and will work with again in the future"

"I highly recommend Joshua's Hardwood Flooring. They were very professional, hard-working and reliable. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home working. The price was fair especially considering the quality of work and floor I received. Five stars all the way!"

"My floors were damaged during a different remodeling project and Pros Flooring LLC was hired by the contractor. Jennifer met with me and provided a quote. She knew her stuff and she took time to explain the process to me. The crew cam out o a weekend to complete the work and did a fantastic job. They were even able to match the flooring perfectly to the rest of the house. Jennifer stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the result. If you are looking for quality work and attention to detail, HIRE THESE GUYS!"

"Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."

"Kenneth was a pleasure to work with. He came in after another contractor started the job and was able to point out a few blemishes something that another contractor and/or company may have missed such as the uneven sanding, circular sanding and the uneven floor finishes. He stated this was a crucial part of the process as this would have been noticeable once stained was applied and was not noticeable to the naked eye. Only an expert like Kenneth would know. He was very thorough in explaining the process regarding water base and oil base stain. I would definitely recommend him for any flooring needs. My project was a hardwood floor refinish. However, I would definitely trust his expertise regarding any floor finishes. His price quoted was fair and professional."
