He immediately gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment. He showed up as scheduled. ( I had 2 other no call no shows in the past week). The work was complete within the hour and it looks great. We had priced sheet vinyl for the project, but this flooring came in only slightly above that cost and looked so much better. Our client was very pleased with the result. The installation contractor had made a mistake when installing, and MyFlooring.com was very patient while we worked out the remediation and the process was very smooth.
