"Excellent Floor Refinishing and Great Communication I had a wonderful experience with Tully Spagnoli and Sons refinishing my floors. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They clearly explained the process, kept me informed throughout the job, and were always responsive to any questions I had. The workmanship was outstanding. The floors came out beautifully—smooth, even, and professionally finished. You can really see the care and attention to detail that went into the work. They were reliable, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. I would highly recommend Tully Spagnoli and Sons to anyone looking to have their floors refinished. A job very well done!"

"We have been working with Eliton of EDS Hardwood Floors for several years now and we have come to rely on him for beautiful floor installation and silky smooth floor finishes on our renovation projects. Their pricing is fair, they are responsive and responsible about schedule and it is a pleasure to work with EDS Hardwood floors and we look forward to years of working with them in the future."

"I gave Floor Plan Inc. a not so good review from a misunderstanding. Jorge has contacted me numerous times to mend the wrong. Unfortunately I no longer live in NY state and am not in need of his services. I write this review again because anyone can make a bad decision, it's how we handle the decision afterwards. I truly believe Jorge was overwhelmed with work and that is the reason for his cancellations. I would recommend this pro because he believes in delivering exceptional customer service and has proven that with my situation."

"Rich and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful with our basement vinyl flooring. There was quite a bit of work to be done... scraping the floor, leveling, and working around internal drain & sump pump work. By the end of the project we were amazed with how clean and good everything looks. We will definitely call him again for any flooring needs!"

"J Rios Flooring was amazing. Worked quickly and effectively. The two people who worked on taking my carpet up were professional and also kind. A good experience."
