"Professional, no pushy sales tactics. The carpet work was excellent and I will be using them again for my hardwood floor replacement. Estimated time to do carpet job was about 5 hours, they did it in 3 and a half. Would recommend them to anyone needing floor or carpet service."

"The work was exceptional. There was a language barrier, the installers spoke little English, however we stumbled along just fine. I did have 2 requests for corrections, one was a piece of wood that had chipped during install and the other correction involved the placement of wood at entrance to a room. The manager came to inspect my 2 complaints, then scheduled the installer to come out and correct the two problems by replacing the wood. The corrections were also exceptional, although it took almost a month to get them back out. The price was supposedly discounted because of a sale on hardwood, so I believe the price was reasonable. I will use United again for my flooring needs."

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"KoAm/JMF did wonderful job on Harwood floor. I will definetly work with them again for my basement. I would always be happy to contact them and also refer other homeowners, especially my neighbors, to them anytime. I was really pleased with the team professionalism and customer service rendered."

"I hired Lux and was communicating with Juan. He actually did the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated very well and understood all my needs. The waterproof laminate flooring was done beautifully. Juan is excellent in his craft. He was on time and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely hire him again. I think my daughter will hire him for the hardwood floor job she needs to have done.✅"

"What other great things can I say about this business? From the quote I received to the quality of work and customer service-I have ZERO complaints about G&W Floor Coverings. The team arrived to my home around 7:30 a.m. to install carpet to my entire home and was finished around 5:00 p.m. I could tell the crew's motivation was to give me a finished product that I could be pleased with-when the carpet was completely installed, the crew cleaned everything to perfection. Robbie was very exceptional in his customer service and provided me a reasonable price. I can't say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of quality and affordable services."
