The level of detail they put into the job was incredible - they made some cuts that seemed impossible, including cutting the planks perfectly to fit around the water heater and sump pump. "He was good on prices but when we asked for slider windows (up and down) he gave us one price,which was higher than we wanted and higher than original quote. And what he was thinking was sliders side to side was less expensive. The window looks great. He was an hour late and did not have his air-compressor with him,so lucky that I have one that he was able to use. He also did not have his partner with him so I had to help him with the installation of the window."
